Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week

Experience Treating Co-Occurring Disorders Preferred
Behavioral Health Experience Preferred, Licensure Preferred
(Master’s degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a Behavioral Health Field)
Arizona Licensed: LCSW, LPC, LIAC, LMSW, LAC, LAAC or LMFT in Good Standing
(Temporary license does not qualify)
$23.42+ per hour for Master's Level Therapists
$57,000+ for Associate Level Therapists
$70,000+ for Independent Licensed Therapists
Additional Language Differential Pay Available: Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili or ASL
Position Summary: Behavior health Experience is defined as work experience providing direct care to individuals whose condition is related to mental disorder, a personality disorder, substance abuse, or a significant psychological or behavioral response to an identifiable stressor. Employee will serve as a Clinician at Terros Health, Supervised by Clinical Manager or Regional Administrator. This position is responsible for providing outpatient counseling services which may include adults, children, adolescents, families, couples, and groups using the Triple Aim framework of “Better health for the population, better care for the individual and lower cost per capita”. Ensures the successful achievement of Terros Health vision, mission, program objective and compliance with a broad range of current federal and state health regulations and policies.
