Job summary

Terros Health seeks a Licensed Clinician in Glendale, AZ to deliver outpatient counseling across diverse populations, including adults and families. This role reports to the Clinical Manager and focuses on evidence-based practices, treatment planning, and coordination with partner agencies.

Master's level candidates with licensed status in good standing are preferred; temporary licenses do not qualify. Full-time schedule (40 hrs/week) with competitive pay and benefits are offered.

• Arizona Licensed in good standing required; temporary license not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling to adults, children, adolescents, families, couples, and groups.
• Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning; provide group counseling using evidence-based practices.
• Chart progress, maintain clinical records, and implement treatment and discharge plans.
• Monitor client needs and submit monthly service reports as required.
• Coordinate services with state, federal and local agencies; collaborate with clinicians and supervisors.

Terros Health is hiring Arizona Licensed Clinicians for outpatient positions in Glendale, AZ.

(Will consider Master's Level Therapists with Experience)

Location: 6153 W Olive Ave, Glendale, AZ 85302

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week

Tuesday - Saturday

OR

Monday - Friday

Experience Treating Co-Occurring Disorders Preferred

Behavioral Health Experience Preferred, Licensure Preferred

$23.42+ per hour for Master's Level Therapists

$57,000+ for Associate Level Therapists

$70,000+ for Independent Licensed Therapists

Position Summary: Behavior health Experience is defined as work experience providing direct care to individuals whose condition is related to mental disorder, a personality disorder, substance abuse, or a significant psychological or behavioral response to an identifiable stressor. Employee will serve as a Clinician at Terros Health, Supervised by Clinical Manager or Regional Administrator. This position is responsible for providing outpatient counseling services which may include adults, children, adolescents, families, couples, and groups using the Triple Aim framework of “Better health for the population, better care for the individual and lower cost per capita”. Ensures the successful achievement of Terros Health vision, mission, program objective and compliance with a broad range of current federal and state health regulations and policies. Provision of services will occur in the office or other place of service

Clinician Duties Include

• Responsible for providing outpatient counseling services to clients.
• Responsible for intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling through evidence-based practices.
• Charts progress, maintains clinical records and ensures implementation of treatment and discharge plans.
• Monitors and follows up on client needs, and submits monthly service reports as required or needed.
• Coordinates services as necessary working in collaboration with various State, Federal, and local agencies.
• Provides client-centered outpatient clinical services to individuals/families.
