Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a licensed Clinician for the Stapley location in Mesa, AZ to provide outpatient counseling and lead IOP Groups. The role supports adults, families, and groups, with emphasis on co-occurring disorders and integrated behavioral health care.

Qualifications

• Arizona license preferred: LCSW, LPC, LIAC, LMSW, LAC, LAAC or LMFT in good standing.
• EMDR training is a plus.
• Experience treating co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Behavioral health experience preferred; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services for adults, families, and groups.
• Run IOP Groups as assigned.
• Develop therapeutic relationships and implement appropriate interventions.
• Participate in treatment planning with individuals and/or families.
• Handle intakes, assessments, treatment, and discharge planning with documentation.
