Job summary

Terros Health in Mesa, AZ is seeking a licensed Clinician for our Stapley location to provide outpatient counseling services including IOP groups and individual counseling.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with evening shifts, competitive salary range starting at $57,000 and up to $83,000, benefits, and opportunities for training.

Applicants should have a Master's degree and Arizona license; EMDR training is a plus, with experience in co-occurring disorders preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master's degree in a related discipline or be eligible for Arizona license.
• Must have Arizona behavioral health license or be eligible for licensure in Arizona.
• Experience treating co-occurring disorders preferred; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to adults, adolescents, families, and groups using evidence-based practices.
• Run IOP Groups as assigned.
• Develop therapeutic relationships and implement appropriate interventions.
• Participate in treatment planning with individuals and/or families.
• Complete intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling.
• Maintain clinical documentation and discharge plans; monitor client needs and submit monthly reports.
• Coordinate services with State, Federal, and local agencies; provide client-centered outpatient services.
