High Point & Affiliated Organizations is seeking a Licensed Clinician for Criminal Justice Services in Brockton, MA. The role involves crisis intervention, individual counseling, discharge planning and aftercare, with mileage reimbursement for travel to Plymouth and Hyannis as needed.

The position requires a Master’s Degree and an Independent License (LADC1, LICSW or LMHC) with at least two years of licensure experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Independent License (LADC1, LICSW, or LMHC) with 2 years of licensure experience is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Crisis intervention and direct patient care.
• Maintain assigned caseload and complete treatment plans, progress notes, and aftercare planning.
• Make referrals and connect patients with aftercare services.
• Maintain medical records accurately and timely.
• Engage families in treatment when appropriate.
• Attend mandatory trainings and team meetings.
