Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of clinical behavioral health experience.

Aufgaben

• Maintain current licensure or certificates for the role.
• Participate in Treatment Team Meetings.
• Crisis intervention with patients as needed.
• Manage assigned caseload and assist in team caseloads.
• Provide direct patient care including assessments, counseling, case management and group facilitation.
• Document medical records thoroughly and timely.
• Coordinate linkage to aftercare services at discharge.
• Collaborate with insurers for authorization as needed.
