High Point & Affiliated Organizations is seeking a Masters level clinician for part-time work in Behavioral Health services in Brockton, MA. The role focuses on direct patient care, assessments, counseling, and treatment planning within an outpatient setting.

Staff will participate in multidisciplinary teams and maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements. The position requires a Masters or Doctoral degree in a related field and independent licensure

Qualifications

• Master/Doctoral degree in Human Services related field such as psychology or social work required.
• Independently licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, including: LICSW/ LMHC/ LMFT/ LADC1/LABA.

Responsabilités

• Provide assessments and direct care to patients, including individual counseling and group sessions.
• Discharge planning and development of treatment plans.
• Maintain caseload and complete progress notes and bio-psychosocial assessments.
• Coordinate with treatment teams and ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
