Qualifications

• Must be courteous and professional in all interactions.
• Maintains and submits any current licensure or certificate.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to perform multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, including organizing ideas clearly.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and EHR usage.
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively.
• Understand and maintain therapeutic boundaries.
• Comply with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality rules.
• CPR Certification and annual trainings required.

Responsibilities

• Crisis intervention and maintain assigned caseload.
• Provide direct care including assessments, counseling, and aftercare planning.
• Document progress notes and treatment updates.
• Coordinate aftercare services and referrals.
• Involve family in treatment when requested.
• Attend MDT meetings and trainings as required.
• Support patient safety and milieu management.
