Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. seeks a Clinician Licensed to join the Respite team in Western Massachusetts. You will provide clinical and consultative services, complete intakes and assessments, and develop individual plans with a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes discharge planning, group facilitation, and ensuring documentation accuracy across systems, with a mission-driven organization rooted in HEART values.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health or related field.
• Current independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW/LMHC).
• Experience with evidence-informed treatment approaches.
• Crisis-stabilization or inpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, community-based clinical and consultative services.
• Complete intakes and comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Develop and document action, safety, and treatment plans.
• Lead treatment planning and coordinate discharge and referrals.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and recovery-focused groups.
• Document assessments and progress in electronic systems.
