Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking an MCI Clinician to join our Mobile Crisis Intervention and CBHC team in Western Massachusetts. You will perform in-person crisis assessments, provide stabilization, and coordinate with psychiatry and recovery coaches to determine next steps.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health field is required.
• Two years of crisis assessment or emergency services experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, risk-evaluation, safety-planning, and crisis-intervention skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavioral health crisis assessments, interventions, stabilization, and post-stabilization services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary crisis team to determine treatment and next steps.
• Explain findings and safety plans to clients and supports; document thoroughly.
