Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Clinician to join our team in Western Massachusetts. You will conduct assessments, provide individual/family/group therapy, and develop treatment plans across clinic, community, and telehealth settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, families, and external providers, with focus on high-quality, culturally responsive care and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a license-eligible behavioral health field is required.
• Licensed or actively pursuing licensure (LICSW, LMHC or equivalent preferred).
• Experience or strong interest in working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with assessed needs and program standards.
• Coordinate care with internal teams, families, and external providers.
• Facilitate referrals to additional services and support access to care.
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain productivity expectations and address barriers to service delivery.
• Provide services across clinic, community, and telehealth settings.
• Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development.
