Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) in Western Massachusetts seeks an unlicensed clinician to join the Adult Community Crisis Stabilization team in Worcester. You will provide community-based clinical and consultative services, complete intakes and comprehensive assessments, and document action and treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical behavioral health or related program.
• Experience using evidence-informed approaches with behavioral health challenges.
• Crisis-stabilization or inpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical and consultative services to adults in A-CCS and their families.
• Complete intakes, risk assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Develop and document action, safety, and discharge plans with the team.
• Lead treatment planning during shifts and participate in daily case meetings.
• Discharge planning, referrals, and coordination for continuity of care.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and recovery-oriented groups.
