Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required for licensure
• Active license in LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist is required
• Bilingual skills seen as a plus but not required
• Excellent written and oral communication essential
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records and standard software

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients and provide therapy
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and treatment adjustments
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
• Involve and advise family when appropriate
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
