This W-2 role offers a base salary of $90,000 plus monthly billed-hour bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and flexible hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of clinical experience after licensure.
• Master's degree or higher in a related field and active clinical license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or Psychologist).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to guide, direct, and influence care with executive support.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
