Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist (Pre-Licensed or Full Licensed) for our Denver Cherry Creek onsite location, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm MST. We value licensed professionals who can provide high-quality behavioral health care to adults and adolescents and support licensure through supervision hours.

The role involves developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid Colorado licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and able to provide supervision to associates if eligible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological, biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for comprehensive care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case reviews.
• Identify community resources for treatment and aftercare planning.
• Ensure confidentiality and ethical guidelines are followed.
