Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a per diem Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality behavioral health services onsite at Cherry Creek, CO. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Professional supervision hours are provided to support licensure, with the option for pre-licensed clinicians to participate in the supervision program. Prior PHP/IOP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid Colorado state licensure. Independent licensure in CO highly preferred (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Group Facilitation experience with willingness to follow a structured curriculum.
• If eligible, must be willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight’s supervision program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients’ needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based interventions including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor and document clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
