Guidelight Health is a cutting-edge behavioral healthcare company delivering PHP and IOP services. The Clinical Therapist is a full-time, onsite role at Central Park Clinic, with a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm MST schedule, serving adults and adolescents in the IOP/PHP setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Full independent licensure in Colorado (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals in the IOP/PHP setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessments.
• Conduct psychological, biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.
