Job summary

Guidelight Health seeks a Clinical Therapist, Independent Licensed, to provide high-quality behavioral health services 40 hours/week, onsite at the Sisters Grove location. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapy for adolescents and adults in PHP/IOP.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid Independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Colorado.
• Willing to provide clinical supervision to associates per policy.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based methods.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans; collaborate with psychiatry and other clinicians.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within designated time frames.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and treatment options.
