Job summary

Guidelight Health seeks a Clinical Therapist (Pre-Licensed or Full Licensed) to deliver high-quality behavioral health services within our PHP/IOP program onsite. The role involves developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians to ensure continuity of care.

We support professional growth, including free clinical supervision hours toward licensure. A master's degree in a related field and eligible licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid state licensure in North Carolina (LCSW or LCMHC).
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians per Guidelight’s program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients’ needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames and with proper thoroughness.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and behavioral issues.
