Optum is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist for our Beverly, MA location. As part of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you will treat a wide range of mental health conditions and support diverse patient populations.

You will work within clinical operations including credentialing and documentation, with opportunities to grow professionally through CE reimbursement and flexible work models. This role emphasizes evidence-based therapy and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Clear, active and unrestricted license LICSW, LMHC, LMFT in Massachusetts.
• Preferred: 2+ years of behavioral health experience post-master’s.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families.
• Experience with clinical documentation and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health disorders.
• Provide evidence-based treatment including CBT/DBT.
• Track treatment response and monitor symptoms.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation.
• Contribute to marketing efforts with online profiles.
