Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Active and unrestricted license LICSW, LMHC, LMFT in Massachusetts.
• 2+ years of professional behavioral health experience post-master’s.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy to individuals and families.
• Experience with professional computing for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based methods
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects
• Maintain EMR and clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
• Contribute to online directory profiles to support patient growth strategy
