The role emphasizes independent work and collaborative care within a strong organizational framework. Qualified candidates have a Master's in a counseling field and a Massachusetts LICSW/LMHC/LMFT license, with preferred 2+ years post-master's experience and proficiency with clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Clear, active and unrestricted license LICSW, LMHC, LMFT in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using CBT, DBT and other evidence-based methods.
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor symptoms.
• Maintain accurate EMR and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in marketing by providing a professional profile for online directories.
