Job summary

Family Counseling Associates of Massachusetts, part of the Optum family, seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our Beverly, Massachusetts team. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care group, you will help diverse patients with a wide range of mental health needs and collaborate on care delivery.

Responsibilities include screening and assessing for disorders, delivering evidence-based therapy (CBT/DBT and others), tracking response, maintaining EMR records, and contributing to growth

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Active, unrestricted license in MA (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT).

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches.
• Track treatment response and monitor clinical symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain accurate EMR and clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Support marketing efforts by providing patient profiles for online directories.
