Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
- Licensed in MA as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT (active and unrestricted).
- Preferred: 2+ years post-master's experience delivering behavioral health services.
Responsibilities
- Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance use disorders.
- Provide treatment using CBT, DBT and other evidence-based methods.
- Track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and comply with regulations.
- Support online directory profiles and marketing efforts.
