Job summary

Headlight is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide counseling and treatment planning for clients in a supportive, collaborative environment. The role emphasizes autonomy with clinical leadership and back-office support, including insurance, billing, and marketing.

You will work within a team of clinicians, using Blueprint AI to capture session notes and maintain high-quality patient care. Competitive benefits and flexible options are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed and have at least 12 months in a clinical setting.
• Master’s level degree or higher is required.
• Active license as LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist based on location.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans and adjust as needed.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and progress reviews.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve and advise family when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
