Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field and active license.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems, preferably NextGen.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport and provide ongoing counseling to patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and adjust plans.
• Create and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly and document progress.
• Involve families when appropriate and coordinate care.
• Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.
