Qualifications

• 12 months of clinical experience after licensure.
• Master’s or higher in a related field.
• Active, unrestricted LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems, especially NextGen.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and plan adjustments.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve family when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.
