Qualifications

• Licensure as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist and active license.
• 12 months of clinical experience after licensure.
• Master’s degree or higher in related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients and build trust.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and adjustment of plans.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of progress.
• Involve family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
