R&C Consulting Group, Inc. seeks a CST Team Lead – Licensed Professional to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight of Community Support Team services for individuals with serious mental health challenges.

This role supports person-centered, recovery-oriented care in community-based and office settings. The Team Lead ensures services align with individualized service plans, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies while promoting client independence and collaboration

Qualifikationen

• Current, active North Carolina clinical license appropriate to the position (e.g., LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) and credentialing.
• Experience providing clinical leadership and team coordination in behavioral health.
• Knowledge of Medicaid requirements, service definitions, and regulatory standards.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and develop CST staff while ensuring documentation accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership to CST team members.
• Coordinate team activities, scheduling, and service delivery.
• Lead team meetings, case consultations, and review client progress.
• Provide clinical consultation within supervisory scope and ensure compliance with standards.
• Oversee documentation, regulatory compliance, and audits.
• Coordinate referrals for psychiatric care, housing, employment, and community resources.
• Support risk management, crisis planning, and safety protocols.
• Foster community collaboration and continuity of care.
