Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Licensed Team Lead / LCMHC / LCSW / CST to coordinate services for individuals with mental health and substance use challenges across residential, school, workplace, and community settings.

Role focuses on recovery, coping skills, and functioning improvements, with supervision per requirements and leadership of a multidisciplinary team. On-call responsibilities may apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in NC or Associate license that will be fully licensed within 30 months.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of an interdisciplinary team providing services in the community.
• Providing evidence-based individual therapy in various settings.
• Facilitating relationships and coordinating with treatment teams, families, guardians, and community partners.
• Minimizing effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance use on daily living and personal development.
• Support the team in developing skill-building activities and community living skills.
• Overseeing and participating in on-call system for the individuals served.
