Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Licensed Team Lead / LCMHC / LCSW / CST to supervise an interdisciplinary team delivering evidence-based services in community, residential, school, and workplace settings.

The role emphasizes coordination of person-centered plans, recovery-oriented interventions, and development of clients’ daily living and social skills, with on-call responsibilities and compliance with licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in the state of North Carolina or Associate license that will be fully licensed within 30 months.
• Licenses include LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT (or relevant associate level license).
• Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with behavioral health issues.
• Employee supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance.
• Pre-employment screening including background checks and credential verification.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of an interdisciplinary team of professionals providing services in the community.
• Providing evidence-based individual therapy in a variety of settings.
• Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between the treatment team, the individual, natural supports, guardians, local agencies and the community.
• Minimizing the negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence that interfere with daily living.
• Supporting the team in developing skill-building activities including daily living, socialization, adaptation, and anger management.
• Overseeing and participating in a first responder on-call system.
