Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead a co-occurring SUD/mental health program. You will supervise clinicians, facilitate treatment planning, and ensure high-quality, client-centered care.

The role requires an active license and several years of supervisory experience, with responsibilities spanning program oversight, community partnerships, and regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, or a closely related field.
• Active licensure or on-track status for LMSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PLPC, PLMFT, PLP, LP, or Licensed Psychologist.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment or behavioral health, including supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for a co-occurring SUD/mental health program.
• Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop clinical staff through regular supervision and evaluations.
• Lead clinical case staffing, diagnostic disposition meetings, and interdisciplinary team discussions.
