BBH Burrell Behavioral Health in Saint Louis, MO seeks a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical and operational oversight of behavioral health services. This role mentors staff, coordinates care with community partners, and ensures services meet regulatory and quality standards.

The position emphasizes leadership, staff development, and program improvements. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee treatment planning, conduct assessments, and supervise therapy services while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with 3+ years in behavioral health and 1+ year supervisory experience; or
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in behavioral health and 2+ years supervisory experience; and
• Qualified Addiction Professional certification or equivalent licensure as listed;
• Background screenings, driver’s license, Basic First Aid/ CPR within required timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational oversight of program services to ensure quality care.
• Mentor, coach, and supervise clinical staff through regular supervision and development planning.
• Facilitate staffing meetings and case consultations to support treatment planning.
• Conduct assessments, intakes, individual/family/group therapies as needed.
• Coordinate care with community agencies, referral sources, and healthcare providers.
• Monitor client progress and program outcomes, ensure compliance with standards.
• Review documentation and quality assurance activities; address deficiencies.
• Oversee staffing schedules, coverage plans, and licensing compliance.
• Assist with budgeting, fiscal planning, and service delivery monitoring.
• Respond to crises with clinical guidance and ensure incident reporting.
• Engage with leadership on quality initiatives and partnerships.
• Monitor facilities and safety; participate in organizational initiatives.
