Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure quality services.
• Facilitate weekly clinical staffing, team, and diagnostic meetings.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and quality indicators.
• Develop programmatic scheduling honoring client rights.
• Collaborate with external agencies for referrals and services.
• Conduct staff evaluations and coordinate training.
• Respond to crisis situations and document incidents.
• Perform administrative duties including budgeting and schedule maintenance.
