The role emphasizes mentorship, regulatory compliance, and program development. The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Social Work or related field, active licensure or track, and 3+ years in behavioral health with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Active licensure or current licensure track in applicable clinical field.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment or behavioral health, including supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical oversight for a co-occurring SUD and mental health program to ensure client-centered care.
• Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop clinical staff through supervision and professional development.
• Facilitate clinical case staffing, diagnostic disposition meetings, and interdisciplinary discussions.
• Provide direct services including assessments, intakes, individual/family/group therapy as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community partners to coordinate services.
• Monitor documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes for compliance and quality.
• Perform record reviews and QA activities to meet standards.
• Develop schedules and operational processes to meet client needs and protect rights.
• Manage staffing coverage and approve time-off; coordinate resources.
• Assist with budget oversight and service utilization reviews.
• Respond to crises and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.
• Promote QA initiatives and report program performance metrics.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and community organizations.
