Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts seeks a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership to our client care programs and help manage daily operations.

You will work with the Program Director to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines and provide supervision and support to staff.

This full-time role offers a $75,000–$85,000 salary, a $1,500 stay-on bonus, generous benefits, and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive community organization.

Qualifications

• Active Independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) required.
• Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field.
• Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services.
• Previous training experience required.
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.
• Experience in quality management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle with ability to commute to office locations.
• Access to high speed secure internet required.

Compensation

• Full Time - Salary $75,000 to $85,000
