Northeast Family Services, a respected Massachusetts community mental health provider, seeks a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to partner with the Program Director and oversee daily operations of client care programs.

You will ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, provide licensure supervision, and support staff development. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, a stay-on bonus of $1,500, and generous benefits in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) required.
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services.
• Previous training experience required.
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.
• Experience in quality management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support daily operations to client care programs.
• Ensure programs are in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Work under the guidance of the Program Director.
• Provide licensure supervision and support staff development.
