Northeast Family Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to partner with the Program Director in guiding daily operations for client care programs in Massachusetts. Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) required.
• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field.
• Two years minimum experience with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services.
• Previous supervision experience required.
• Proficient in supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and daily operation support to client care programs.
• Ensure programs comply with state and federal guidelines.
• Work under the guidance of the Program Director.

Qualifications

• Previous training experience required
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
• Experience in quality management preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle with ability to commute one of our office locations
