DELTA COUNSELING SERVICES LLC in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking an LCPC or LCSW to join our private group practice on-site. This full-time role includes intake assessments, treatment planning, and delivering individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.

The successful candidate will monitor client progress, maintain timely clinical documentation, and collaborate with medical, educational, and community resources.

Qualificações

• Active LCPC or LCSW license in Illinois, in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning abilities including familiarity with DSM-5.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, with professional boundaries.
• Experience in community mental health or outpatient settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Monitor client progress and maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with medical, educational, and community resources.
• Participate in case consultations and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues.
• May include limited evening or weekend hours to meet client needs.
