Job summary

Shore Staffing, Inc. is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW-C) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC) to join our youth-centered team in Maryland.

This on-site role focuses on delivering behavioral health services to adolescents and their families, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. A Maryland license is required; candidates should have at least two years of experience and be committed to compassionate, evidence-based care in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Maryland license required.
• Minimum 2 years of youth/adult behavioral health experience.
• Strong mental health assessment, diagnosis and intervention knowledge.
• Excellent communication in a multidisciplinary team.
• Cultural competence with diverse populations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments to identify needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the team.
• Provide counseling to individuals, families, and groups.
• Advocate for patient rights and coordinate with external agencies.
• Maintain clinical documentation per regulatory standards.
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention during emergencies.
