Clarity Clinic in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking passionate Clinical Therapists (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) to join our interdisciplinary private practice. We offer a flexible schedule, W-2 status, and a hybrid model that supports telehealth, remote, and in-person sessions for clients across ages.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed to practice independently in Illinois (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT) or license-eligible and pursuing licensure
• Master’s in psychology, social work, counseling or related field with 1–2 year internship and 2–7 years clinical experience OR PhD/PsyD with up to 3 years clinical experience
• Experience with CBT/DBT/ACT, EMDR, and related modalities is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to diverse populations
• Manage a caseload of 12-24+ sessions per week
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation
• Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans
• Participate in trainings and professional development
• Uphold Clarity Clinic’s mission, policies and standards of conduct
