Job summary

Clarity Clinic is seeking an LCSW Clinical Supervisor in the Lakeview Belmont area with hybrid/remote flexibility for Arlington Heights, IL. The role combines clinical supervision with ongoing client work across individual, family, and group modalities.

The successful candidate will manage a minimum 20 weekly sessions, supervise up to four clinicians, and ensure proper documentation, billing, and program development support within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Illinois LCSW license required to practice independently.
• MSW degree from CSWE-accredited program required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients and provide weekly supervision to up to four supervisees.
• Review supervisees notes for proper documentation and billing.
• Approve supervisory hours and time-off requests.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Participate in CEU and didactic training to grow clinical skills.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and therapists.
• Maintain schedule using the electronic scheduler and attend department meetings.
