HCA Healthcare in Dallas is seeking a Licensed Clinic Manager to provide leadership for our MSO North TX Heart Ctr MCE. You will direct daily clinic operations, establish policies, supervise staff, and help manage costs for efficient patient care.

The role requires a medical office background, supervisory experience, CPR certification, and active MA/LPN/LVN credentials. Join a team committed to patient-focused care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program or a degree or diploma from an accredited school of practical or vocation nursing is required.
• Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in a medical office, acute care or clinical outpatient setting is required.
• A minimum of one-year previous supervisory experience in a medical office, acute care or outpatient setting is required.
• Certification/License: CPR Certification required. Current and Active Medical Assistant certification (RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, NRCMA or ABR-OE) or active LPN or LVN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the clinic staff and its programs and activities to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
• Establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the assigned clinical areas.
• Manage staff performance and evaluations including supervising, coaching, and disciplinary action for front office and clinical staff.
• Monitor and control clinical expenditures to remain within budget.
• Help fiscal management and other administrative staff to develop/implement cost effective policies and procedures for all clinical areas, including billing, insurance, fee schedules, credit/collections, purchasing, and space planning.
