Job summary

MD Now Urgent Care in Estero, FL is seeking a Clinical Center Manager to provide expertise and champion patient care. You will lead hiring, training, supervision, and overall clinic operations to deliver high-quality care across seven days a week.

The role requires a HS diploma (Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration preferred), 3+ years in a medical office, and 1+ year supervising staff. BLS is required within 30 days; federal drug and breath alcohol screenings within 3 months.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field highly preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a medical office setting
• 1+ year of experience in supervision of staff is helpful
• BLS Certification required within 30 days of start
• Within 3 months of employment must obtain Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification
• Manage clinic operations 7 days a week; flexibility to fill shifts and float to other locations

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and supervise clinic staff
• Develop and lead the execution of clinic goals and objectives in support of overall clinic performance and operations
• Manage all team performance including patient and visitor issues, providing feedback to employees, recognizing good performance, and identifying potential candidates for promotional opportunities
• Monitor patient flow, keeping patients informed, overseeing and seeking to reduce wait times, acting on information provided by Web Check-in, and ensuring efforts are coordinated to provide the highest quality care and services
• Ensure all cash management procedures are followed appropriately
• Regularly communicate with primary accounts
• Ensure all compliance measures are met

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field highly preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a medical office setting required
• 1+ year of experience in the supervision of staff helpful
• RN, LPN, MA, NCT, RT or other applicable clinical license beneficial
• BLS Certification required within 30 days of start
• Within 3 months of employment or promotion must obtain Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification
• Accountable for managing clinic operations 7 days a week; flexibility to fill in open shifts and float to other work locations required
