Job summary

BGE, Inc, a nationwide civil engineering consulting firm, seeks a Civil Engineering Licensed PM - Site Development to lead complex multi-family, commercial, industrial site projects in Houston. You will manage plans, specifications, and client interfaces, ensuring quality from concept through construction.

The role requires a Texas-registered P.E., 8+ years of site development and project management experience, and proficiency in Civil 3D/AutoCAD.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
Texas-registered Professional Engineer (P.E.).
8+ years of civil engineering experience in site development for commercial/industrial/multi-family projects.
8+ years of Project Management experience with technical guidance to Engineers and CAD Designers.
Solid working knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, StormCAD or similar modeling software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage projects in developing plans and specifications for multi-family, commercial/retail, industrial, and other site development items (paving, grading, drainage, water/sewer).
Interface with clients as needed.
Oversee work of Engineers and CAD Designers to ensure quality and accuracy.
Prepare and deliver project management reports.
