Job summary

BGE, Inc in Frisco, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager for residential land development. Lead planning, design, and delivery of projects from concept to construction, building lasting client relationships while mentoring engineers and expanding the Land Development practice.

You will guide master-planned communities and infrastructure programs, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and high quality. Strong leadership and TX P.E. license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and design experience in land development.
• Texas P.E. license required with 8+ years in residential land development.
• 4+ years of project management leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with master-planned communities and infrastructure design.
• Strong client management, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential land development projects from concept through construction.
• Direct a team of PMs, Engineers, EITs, and Designers on plans and specs.
• Oversee design of single-family subdivisions and master-planned communities.
• Manage paving, grading, drainage, water, sewer, and stormwater systems.
• Maintain client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure projects meet budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
