Job summary

BGE, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead land/site development projects in Austin, TX. Bring 8+ years in civil engineering, a Texas PE or reciprocity, and proven PM experience to drive planning, design, and execution from inception through delivery.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations while mentoring engineers and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions in Central Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Texas PE license or ability to obtain through reciprocity.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably in land or site development.
• Project management or significant project-lead experience.
• Experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or similar civil design software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering land and/or site development projects.
• Lead design efforts involving grading, drainage, utilities, paving, water, wastewater, and related infrastructure.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and project partners.
• Lead and mentor engineers and design staff.
• Grow existing client relationships and identify additional growth opportunities in the market.
