GPD Group is seeking a Civil Project Manager in Houston, TX with 8+ years of design experience across Federal, Retail/Commercial, Educational, and Healthcare sectors. The role focuses on leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing project scopes, and delivering high-quality civil site development work for diverse clients.

Qualifications

8+ years of industry design experience in Federal, Retail/Commercial, Educational (PK-12 and Higher Ed.), and Healthcare spaces.
Excellent communication and writing skills; able to multi-task across projects.
PE License is required.

Responsibilities

Oversee design and coordination for civil site development and stormwater management.
Coordinate permitting and jurisdiction submittals with clients and agencies.
Mentor and develop Site Development team members and ensure quality standards are met.
Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules with stakeholders.
