Job summary

Site Design Concepts is seeking a Project Manager with land development experience to lead site layout, grading, utilities, and stormwater design for projects in York and Lancaster, PA.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture and a PE or RLA license, with 5+ years of experience and strong communication and organizational skills, plus proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• PE or RLA license or on the path to licensure.
• Land development project management experience is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site layout, grading, utility and landscape plans, and stormwater management.
• Coordinate obtaining local, state, and federal approvals and permits.
• Manage projects through design to construction with attention to budget and schedule.
