Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Civil Engineer with 2–8 years of land development experience in Pennsylvania. You will design site layouts, grading, and utility systems using AutoCAD Civil 3D, and you will help manage regulatory permits and technical documentation.

You will support construction-phase activities through site inspections, coordinate with municipalities and review agencies, and contribute to cost estimation and reporting. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 2–8 years of land development experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and knowledge of local zoning, floodplain, and stormwater ordinances.
• Experience with PennDOT permitting and SALDO interpretation is preferred.
