Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design in Exton, PA seeks an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead multiple design projects, mentor staff, and manage client relationships.

You will oversee budgets, proposals, invoices, and scheduling, ensuring quality control and compliance with PA regulations while advancing our civil/site capabilities.

Ideal candidates have PE, 10+ years, and strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience in land development required.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D; mentor junior staff.
• Strong communication with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management, budgets, invoices, and schedules.
• Direct design tasks including grading, drainage, and site development.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with standards in all documents.
• Lead multiple projects with competing deadlines; manage staff workload.
• Prepare proposals, scopes, and change orders; monitor project profitability.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical training.
